Jorge Mata is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in development, property acquisitions, and asset management across diverse asset classes, including single-family homes, multifamily, student housing, retail, and hospitality. His career spans the full real estate life cycle — from site selection and financial modeling to project execution and sales.

Drawing from his background in large-scale retail expansion and national student housing investments, Jorge brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every project. His expertise lies in identifying properties with untapped potential, executing value-add strategies, and guiding sellers through data-driven positioning for maximum returns.

Jorge holds a Master of Science in Real Estate, with a concentration in finance and investment, from New York University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
